In-Person Absentee Voting begins Tuesday October 20th and is available until October 31st at the Village Hall - Monday thru Friday 7:30am until 5:00pm, Saturdays October 24th & 31st from 9:00am to 1:00pm or by appointment by calling 262.662.2039. Please remember to bring proper photo ID.
Per CDC social distancing guidelines, the Village Hall Early In-Person Absentee Voting location will be limited to serve three (3) voters at one time. Due to these strict guidelines, wait times are expected. Voters in line will need to be at least 6 feet apart. We ask that only early in-person absentee voters report to the location and that they please refrain from bringing extended family members or non-voters with them.
We are also again encouraging voters to BRING with them their own BLACK, BALL POINT INK PEN.
JUST A REMINDER: If you received an absentee ballot by mail, please be sure to pay close attention to strict requirements and deadlines. In addition to your option of returning your ballot via USPS, there are two 24/7 secure ballot drop off sites available outside of the Village Hall: (1) Deposit slot located on the main building to the right of the Village Hall doors and (2) the large grey mail/parcel box located at the Village Hall parking lot entrance. Both of these locations are secure and monitored. You may also hand deliver them to the Village Hall during regular business hours M-F 8:00am to 3:30pm. Please return your ballot ASAP. ALL ABSENTEE BALLOTS MUST BE RETURNED AND INTO VILLAGE HALL BEFORE 8:00PM ON TUESDAY NOVEMBER 3, 2020 TO BE COUNTED!
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Please be sure to sign the ballot certification envelope and that it also includes your witness's signature & their full address as well. It is a requirement and failure to do so will result in your ballot not being counted.
